1 "Blackwing" Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner "Blackwing" monsters
You can target 1 Level 5 or higher Winged Beast monster in your GY; Special Summon it. When your opponent activates a card or effect that targets only this card, or when your opponent targets this card for an attack (Quick Effect): You can target 1 other "Blackwing" monster you control that would be an appropriate target; that card/effect/attack now targets the new target. You can only use each effect of "Blackwing Tamer - Obsidian Hawk Joe" once per turn.
